Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Once your return is approved, we will arrange an Aramex collection from your address at no extra cost to you.

We deliver nationwide across South Africa using Aramex, one of SA's most trusted courier services. Standard delivery typically takes 5–11 business days. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, but Aramex ensures your order is handled with care and delivered as quickly as possible.

We deliver to all major cities and towns across South Africa, including Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria, Port Elizabeth, and more. All deliveries are handled by Aramex, ensuring reliable nationwide coverage. Orders over R500 qualify for FREE delivery!
Can you tell me more about your shipping process?
Nano Aura partners exclusively with Aramex for all deliveries. Aramex is a globally recognised and trusted courier service with a strong presence across South Africa. Once your order is placed and confirmed, it is carefully packaged and handed over to Aramex for dispatch. You will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way through the Aramex tracking portal at www.aramex.com.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Aramex tracking number. You can use this number to track your parcel in real time by visiting www.aramex.com or using the Aramex mobile app. If you have any issues with tracking, feel free to contact us and we will assist you.
